Goodman-Gable-Gould/Adjusters International to Break Ground on New Baltimore Office
Goodman-Gable-Gould/Adjusters International (GGG/AI) has announced that they will break ground next week on their new Baltimore, Maryland office on Naylors Lane. Harvey Goodman, President of Goodman-Gable-Gould/Adjusters International stated “After 70 years serving the Baltimore community we are excited to be constructing a new state-of-the art facility here, reaffirming our commitment to helping those in this area. For generations we have been proud to serve the Baltimore community and we look forward to continuing that dedicated service from our new offices on Naylors Lane for generations to come.”
The groundbreaking ceremony for construction of the new building will be held on Tuesday, June 21, 2011, at 11 a.m. at 3903 Naylors Lane. Several local dignitaries and elected officials are expected to attend.
Goodman-Gable-Gould/Adjusters International has selected two local companies, Curry Architects and Meisel Capital Partners, to assist in the design and construction management of the new building. Curry Architects is a well-respected and well-known firm that has designed many prominent buildings throughout the Baltimore area. Meisel Capital Partners, a Maryland-based company specializing in commercial real estate development and headed by Michael Meisel, will manage the project.
Since its founding in Baltimore in 1941, GGG/AI has steadily grown and now conducts business throughout the U.S. and internationally. Originally located at The Garrett Building in Baltimore, GGG/AI has operated from Reservoir Circle in Pikesville for over 20 years and has outgrown that location. The construction on this new one-story 7,000 square-foot office building is scheduled to be completed by year’s end.
