Neal M. Charkatz

Neal M. Charkatz, Senior Vice President, Principal, and General Adjuster is a native of Baltimore, Maryland, who has spent his entire career in the claims adjusting field. Mr. Charkatz, a graduate of Syracuse University, with distinction, often speaks at industry conferences (for property management executives, law firms, manufacturers, retailers, hotel/lodging facility managers and owners, etc.) concerning claim preparation, matters of policy and coverage, and loss evaluation.

Neal handles many of our large loss adjustments in Delaware, Maryland, Washington, DC, Pennsylvania, Texas, and Virginia. Mr. Charkatz has been the lead engagement adjuster on many large loss claim negotiations, including those for LaSalle Hotel Properties, EagleBank, BH Management Apartment Homes, LaKritz Adler Real Estate, Jasper’s Restaurants, Ronald D. Paul Companies, Interstate Hotels, Petroleum Management, Inc., SMS LLC, USA Discounters, Inc., Trinity Property Management/Redwood Construction, Trimark Corporation, International Golden Foods/McDonald’s, Adagio Condominium Association, Woodmont Country Club, Osprey Property Group, Esco Ltd DBA Shoe City, National Association of Former Foster Care Children, Lakewood Country Club, PM Hotel Group, Shoreham North Condominium Association, The Cohen Family/Willco Construction, Manor Country Club, and numerous others.

Neal is also active in the local community with roles such as past Chairman and longtime committee member of the National Jewish Hospital Washington DC area Golf Outing. He lives in Pikesville, Maryland with his wife and two children.
