Before joining GGG, Edmund O’Brien worked as a public adjuster representing policyholders in residential and commercial property insurance claims. His work included damage evaluation, scope development, estimating, claim documentation, and coordination with contractors and insurance carriers throughout the claims process.

Prior to this role, Edmund served as a Public Adjuster with All claims Pro and Key Adjusting, where he developed a practical, detail-oriented approach to claim handling grounded in clear communication, professionalism, and adherence to state and policy requirements.
