Randall B. Coles, Regional Vice President, is a graduate of Old Dominion University, and began his career as National Construction Manager with Chart House Restaurants, Inc. He later became Eastern Regional Development Manager at Southland Corporation and was responsible for the construction activities of all 7-11 Food Stores throughout the eastern United States. Since joining GGG/AI, Mr. Coles has been strategically involved with such losses as Professional Hospitality Resources, Goodwill Industries, Gene’s Supermarket, Ramada Inn, Econo-Lodge, and various marina losses.
